A fitness model and a mom to three children, Nahla Monroe is well-acquainted with the gym. She’s been lifting weights for a decade now, and while there’s no denying that she puts in a lot of hard work in the gym to maintain her stunning physique, she’s lifting the lid on a secret most fitness influencers won’t admit: her body wouldn’t be totally possible without plastic surgery and fillers.

She spoke to the U.S. Sun, saying, “There are many options to build the booty you want—by putting in the gym work, in addition to supplemental inventions, like injections, implants, fat transfer, and more.” In this honest and candid chat, she revealed that while she is technically a ‘fitness influencer,’ fitness is just a part of her life, and that she spends much of her time influencing and motivating others to make positive choices or try new things that can improve their fitness routine. 

Monroe, who has almost 2 million followers on Instagram, hasn’t been afraid to speak the truth on how she has achieved her busty frame and big booty. She revealed that breast implants brought her from an A-cup to a D-cup and that in 2020, she did Sculpta in her right butt cheek. But what is Sculpta, exactly? The influencer expanded, “This is a safe filler to allow collagen to rebuild over time, so it’s all very natural. It removed a few butt dents that I had, and then I eventually did my left side.”

That said, she wouldn’t have her appearance without the gym. She told the outlet that she works out her legs and glutes twice a week, and that her main glute movements are a variety of squats, variations on deadlifts, thrusting movements (such as hip thrusts), and unilateral movements. However, she was transparent about the fact that what works well for her body to get results might not work for someone else.

Monroe asserted that achieving a large physique quickly is not possible, particularly when following a natural approach. For beginners, Monroe suggests going to the gym three times a week, doing 20 minutes of cardio every day, and combining it with moderate-to-heavy movement and compound, high-volume training. 

She stated that this method will provide results in around a month, encouraging fitness newbies to watch the progress and to be “consistent AF.”

Monroe balanced her workout routine with being a mom to three kids who are 9, 13, and 17 years old. She said, “Most people don’t know that I have three kids since I am quite private with my real life,” she shared. “I wake up at 4 a.m.each day, so I maximize my day and work within the constraints and windows I have so that I am optimizing how I operate my day for myself and my family.”

Her journey started on Instagram, where she began to post her bodybuilding journey towards a figure competition she was participating in. Her online following grew quickly, and this inspired her to start a personal training business that she called GainstaFitness. She began to go viral on social media, and in 2018, she started an OnlyFans account, revealing she made $60,000 in just two weeks.

Before her fitness journey, Monroe was a business and technology executive who earned $250,000 annually. Eventually, she quit her career of 15 years to switch over to being a full-time content creator.
